Some Good News For Patrick Muller

Seems like his hard work has paid off. Patrick Muller has been included among the provisional 26 Swiss call ups for Euro 2008!
With the tournament being held in his native Switzerland, this call up is very important to Muller, who had originally feared that he would miss the Euro 2008 entirely back when he injured his knee ligament last fall. Of course, he’s not in the final 23 just yet, but it’s a step in the right direction.
I’m very pleased for Muller, who’s had little else to look forward to once he found out that Lyon would not be renewing his contract this summer. I hope he has a great performance and is picked up by another club that will appreciate his talents and with fans that will adore him as much as we did here at Lyon. Good luck, Patrick!
