Inara

Inara is one of three Olympique Lyonnais fans in the United States, but though she is outnumbered by all the American Premiership snobs, she hopes to introduce more and more people to the wonderfulness of Lyon and of a certain Mr. Juninho Pernambucano.

Inara will be using this space to talk about Lyon: their matches, their failures, the hundreds of transfer rumors that pop up every day, the gossip, the back room drama, and everything else interesting about the French champions. She also admires OL President Jean-Michel Aulas and wishes that the rest of the world would take lessons from him on how to manage a successful football club.

She is from the DC area but currently lives in Boston as she makes her way through graduate school.

Inara also has a growing interest in DC United (she grew up in Springfield) and in River Plate (because Argentine soccer is soooo fun to watch…something dramatic always happens!).
