Sorry if I’m mistaken re the Tettey thing, I looked at footage again and he was indeed a midfielder who seemed to get forward a lot and be at the center of every chance. He missed about 3 should be goals which made me think he was a center forward. I’m pretty sure it’s Tettey – playing with a number 10 shirt?

Tettey’s finishing was pretty woeful in the match, Konan missed one or two good chances too I think. Wish there was more coverage of the scandinavian leagues available.

Sam, you probably saw Konan up front in the game, or possibly Traore. But Tettey and Skejlbred are central midfielders, although Per can find himself out wide depending on the formation. Traore can be used as a striker, but he is not much of a finisher yet. Konan is not the most reliable striker out there, he probably missed the 4 sitters.

Stoor developed huge while playing for Rosenborg. When he arrived at Rosenborg, he played average the first season. He was best in defence, but not offensive at all. That changed this season, and he’s become one of the best right backs from sweden. He even was in Swedens Euro 2008 squad, so it’s no doubt he got qualities. I think he will develop even more in Fulham.

When it comes to the Tettey-thing: He played central midfielder that game. You blind or something?

Also, as a follower of norwegian football, how do you rate Stoor? Do you think he will be able to cope with the premiership?

Ha sorry, I meant Corey not andy… Seemed like he was playing up front against NAC, wasn’t too impressed. Anyway back to Lyon, agree with Inara that selling Baros and keeping Tafer for 3rd choice striker would be a good.

Funny people are talking about Rosenborg players on here, as I watched a lot of their match against NAC to see Stoor who’s about to sign for my first team – Fulham. From what I saw, I’m not sure I can agree with Andy about Tettey, he was terrible, missed about 4 sitters yesterday, considerably worse than Baros.

Benzema’s agent said that Karim absolutely wouldn’t leave this year and would stay at least for one year. What if Lyon don’t advance in the CL and lose the domestic title? Will Benzema feel like it’s time to move on? If so, then that 10mill for Eto’o would sound extremely sweet. Although I still think Eto’o’s salary will be time bomb, unleashing higher salary demands from other players and potential signees.
And I think Tafer’s time is now! Benz will be around at the most till after next season and Tafer needs to play now. If only someone would take Baros.
