I love the fact that i can speak spanish ( epecially when it comes to jokes, cause hispanic jokes are the best ). The only problem i have is when i try to write or read spanish. I was never taught from an early age to do that ( even with that fact that i live with my mother who’s ecuadorian ). She reminds me everyday that its one of her biggest regrets in life, and that i should try to make more of an effort to understand spanish writing more fluently.

Aside from knowing English and Spanish, i have a fascination with Japanese and their culture. I might Pick up French in the near future as well.

You’re right. I never learned spanish (Why the HELL did I choose German at school !) and I went 3 times to Barcelona… I (nearly) never had any problem to understand what people said to me.

inara: crosas might not have just started learning french, it’s a pretty popular language to learn in spain and italy, and you have to do two languages in JHS and HS.

moreover, the similarities between the romance languages give a head start. the level of spanish my son learned just in his first year boggled me, and i’m not bad at languages myself.

I think and hope Crosas will stay. I’m sure Brca and Lyon will agree to a fee as barca will likely be making a managerial change this summer, which means more players coming in. Therefore Crosas might be the odd man out.

As for Stephane Mbia, I would prefer Lucas Biglia. He’s going to be available, but Anderlecht might price him a little high. Him and Toulalan teaming up along with Ederson for years to come would be outstanding an dif Kallstrom stays, we would seriously have a stacked midfield.

It’s so refreshing when a player wants to stay at Lyon. Never mind why, but still. Crosas is now on my good list of players.

I thought it was cute when he put Cris and Benzema in his favorite starting XI. Aww. And his French is better than mine, which is embarrassing because he’s only been learning it for like what, four weeks?

And some other news: Stephane MBia claims that Lyon are one of the clubs interested in him. This is the guy that claimed he was “racially insulted” by Baros last spring.
