Le président du FC Porto, Pinto da Costa, s’est exprimé sur le cas d’Aly Cissokho cet après-midi. Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, le latéral gauche n’est pas encore lyonnais. “Il n’y a pas eu d’accord, a-t-il révélé. Il y a bien eu une proposition de Lyon mais nous ne l’avons pas accepté. Ils viennent aujourd’hui présenter une nouvelle offre. Cissokho ne partira pas à 15 millions d’euros seulement”.

We must get Cissokho. There are just few LBs that are better than him. I dont care about the money. He is way better than Grosso, and if he dont comes who then, maybe Santos(I dont think we will get him).

I’m going to rename Pinto da Costa “Ole Dirty Bastard,” because he’s rotten! I thought Aulas was tough to beat in terms of being a pain in the ass, but this guy wins hands down. Save that 15mill for a striker! This guy isn’t Evra! Hopefully for this kind of money he turns out to be something close in the future.

I like Gameiro too. I think Cris and Boumsong will be captains, Toulalan is too shy and Makoun might now that he’s been around a while, same for Boumsong who didn’t take-over because he was new.

God this porto presidant is hard work isnt he ?Hes rejected the 15mill offer because he wants the 4mill in bonuses over Alys contract. Baring in mind he is making 50 times the amount he paid 7 months ago-300 000-15mill.If it was me Id be laughing all the way to the bank-its not as though Porto wont find a replacement,Porto have an incredible knack of finding cheap gems,its pretty much what all there team is made from-cheap talents in usually south America and Portugal which are bought for like 3mill and a season later worth 20.

Theres a few otions for me,the obvious choice would be Cris but there are others like Reveillere,Makoun,Toulalan personally my choice for captain would be Makoun-I think he has the all-action energetic spirit to lead the team.

I would also choose Toulalan.Even if he is not the oldest or is not so long in the team,he is a France international and looks very experienced for his age. It is hard to choose a captain if we even dont know who will play so I think if Cris is going to play he will be the new captain.
