The Rangers team have been promised a £100,000 (143,000€) bonus per man if they qualify for the next round. Thats a lot of whisky for Ferguson.

If I was Lyon I’d be very cautious. That Strasbourg game is a false sense of security, and even they had chances! I just pray we can beat rangers and sign a proper Lyon standard centre half in January.

-a has a point about what happened with Rangers supporters in Barcelona. There are some traveling Rangers fans that have screwed their own team by being idiots both inside and outside of Scotland, and will probably eventually get UEFA action against the team if it continues. They opened the season at Caley Thistle this way, and it was sad to see. Corey, not so much a point as a cheap jab. That would pretty much be the kind of comment I meant, Inara. Let’s just try to keep the name-calling to a minimum and settle it on the pitch.

Rangers are some of the worst traveling supporters; they made an absolute mess in Barcelona & pissed on important monuments. Generally speaking, supporters of Scottish clubs don’t travel well in Spain. Hopefully it’ll be different at Lyon. Otherwise…
