Not because of their way of playing, but because of the emotions they had. Plenty of thing happened : a goal at 2nd minute, another by Sochaux completely unworthy, a long difficult period for the team and a "coup d'accelérateur" for the 15 last minutes ! A real movie ! Yesterday, Lyon had a great match. Not because of their way of playing, but because of the emotions they had.

Most of the players and staff comments seem painfully aware that yesterdays performance was way short of what will be required in two weeks. But maybe this is a good wake up call. It will build up their hunger and stop the overcomplacency we sometimes see. Before Roma we had a good win against St Etienne, and we also had good league wins before some of the early CL defeats this season.
