About a year ago the local Audi dealer which physically supplies the players cars, was advertising the forthcoming sale of three players cars – from memory they were Cris, Clerc and Toulalan and included two TTs and an A6. It listed the three cars, which player had owned them, full spec of the cars etc. Neat way to push back the depreciation on an almost new car – just say that Cris has driven this for 12 months and suddenly its worth 5,000 € extra.

Both his Ferrari and his license were confiscated immediately. Driving license suspensions do carry across European countries (theoretically so do pionts but the systems aren’t always there to make that happen).

You have to physically surrender your license if it is confiscated so without that Baros wouldn’t be able to get a new one in say Italy or England. Good news for anyone wanting to stay alive if they use the same roads Baros would have driven on.
