Toulouse vs. Lyon Preview via Bad Puns
By: Inara | August 7th, 2007Since my posting will be sporadic during the next few days, I thought I would reward (or torture) all of you with an early preview of Toulouse-Lyon. I’ll try to do a post or two if something major happens (like if Milan offer a 30m bid for Kim Kallstrom), though my next post will most likely be a post-match write up Sunday evening. But feel free to keep commenting if something interesting pops up!
(I will be doing something football related while I’m gone - I’m taking my family to the DC United - LA Galaxy match on Thursday. Will it be agony or joy? I’ll let you know.)

Toulouse humiliated Lyon 2-0 last January.
Your daily dose of torture:
OL cannot afford Toulouse this Saturday because they need to start building a point Gap between first and second place, and to do that, they need to try winning Evry game possible. It would be Nice to get all three points this weekend, but I wouldn’t be Sochaux that the team Caen cruise to another comfortable victory. After all, Johan Elmander & Co. aren’t Nancy boys; it would be in Seine to treat them as such.
I’m sure Alain Perrin will Troyes to make sure that both Juninho and Mathieu Bodmer get more playing time, or else team harmony will once Agen be in Rouens. It may be too soon for Sebastien Squillaci to return, though of Corse, Nadir Belhadj is raring to go.
Since Liverpool will be crossing the Bordeaux to play TFC the following week, Albi hoping that TFC play their B team against OL so they are fresh for their Massif CL qualifier (I want TFC to Vienne, duh). Not to incite Angers among Scousers, but maybe Le Mans Steven Gerrard will miss the match because of getting the Rennes from eating bad airport food.
Douai I need to be on Metz? Probably.

I wanted to use Marseille and Lens, but didn’t know how to incorporate that without sounding crazier than I already did.

Great job, even it’s pretty difficult to understand for a french guy, cause the pronounciation you use for this words is not the same.
But that’s funny !Toulouse is a sunny town in south of France. So we Caen not imagine there will be any Rennes, on saturday. And so I hope we’ll be good and strong, like Lens Armstrong was 2 years ago in tour de France.
Cannot do more !
